We had a lovely one-night stopover in a Deluxe Double & Single Room. The staff were warm and accommodating, providing us with great local dining suggestions. Our room was well-appointed, and the central position made exploring Manchester a breeze. Ideal for family visits!

The noise level was a real wake-up call. thin walls let in disturbances from other rooms, making it less than peaceful at night—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Housekeeping had its issues, with some rooms not getting the attention they deserve, like unmade beds and missing cleaning supplies. Plus, late-night bar hours could be better planned. arriving at midnight to find the bar closed was a letdown after a long day out.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, allowing us to store our bags after checkout. The Deluxe Double & Single Room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and plenty of sockets, ideal for getting ready. The location was convenient, with a short walk to busy areas. Crisp salads served at the bar were a refreshing highlight of the stay.
